We understand that scheduling so far in advance can seem daunting. As a result we have partnered with AIG to ensure that you have the ability to insure 100% of your trip investment.

This trip insurance allows you to cancel for any reason up to 48hrs prior to departure. Cheaper insurance options are available but you will only be able to cancel for a covered reason (review policy details). C-19 is not covered without the “cancel for any reason upgrade.”

The link below will take you our trusted partner, AIG Travel Guard. While purchasing insurance you will need to select the preferred or premium plan and select the cancel for any reason upgrade prior to check-out. This upgrade will allow you to cancel for any reason and receive 50% of your monies back. To guarantee that you are covered 100% we will also insure your trip on our end and match this insurance payment up to 50% (100% total) until March 1st 2021. After March 1st your insurance will solely be serviced by AIG. If you cancel “for any reason” your payout will be 50% if you cancel for a “covered reason” your payout will be 100%.

How this works:

  1. Secure cancel for any reason insurance with AIG after you submit payment 1

    • Payment 1 is your first official payment towards your room after registration. We have structured payments in this way so you can reserve your spot on the trip and

  2. Cancel prior to March 1st and Views Weekend will match the payout from the insurance company. to make sure you are “whole".
