Hi VIEWS Family!
We are following recent developments around potential travel restrictions and are prepared to take the first steps in our contingency plan to protect your investment in this trip. Please read the notes below thoroughly and with full attention.
We are locked in for our original dates 7/23 - 7/27 and the options below are being provided to add additional flexibility for guest(s) who wish to change their travel plans due to COVID-19. Views will never be cancelled, it will only be postponed and you will have the option to travel with us in the event that we need to shift our dates.
We hope the options below exemplify our dedication to you, our VIEWS FAM and commitment towards providing the best travel experience possible for young professionals.
You have three options in managing your account:
Option 1: Trip Insurance
Purchase Insurance for $120 that gives you the opportunity to cancel for ANY REASON and receive 60% of the value of your trip back excluding your non-refundable non-transferable deposit.
This is a pre-departure protection insurance limited to your package with Views Weekend and does NOT insure any flights that have been purchased.
Example(s)based on $1,000:
Customer A has paid in full and purchased insurance. This customer is eligible for a $600 (60%) refund.
Customer B has NOT paid in full but has made at least 3 payments. This customer is still eligible to purchase insurance. However, their refund amount ($600) will be reduced by the amount owed on their 4th final payment.
Example: If Customer B missed their final payment ($200 balance) they will be refunded $400 (60% -$200 outstanding payment).
Option 2: Travel Credit A- List
Receive a FULL refund in the form of a travel credit. This credit is good for ANY trip under the VIEWS Weekend brand and is a 1-time use. This credit is good for 2 years (through 2022). This travel credit is a monetary credit and is not tied to a specific room type or resort.
(Limited to guests that have paid in full and is non-transferable)
Travel Credit B-List
Guest who have made 3 payments are only eligible for a travel credit for our next Views Weekend trip abroad and will receive a secondary rooming preference. This travel credit is a monetary credit and is not tied to a specific room type or resort.
Option 3: We Rolling to Jamaica
Stay on board for Year 5 in Montego Bay, Jamaica, with the understanding that Views will never be cancelled, it will only be postponed and you will travel during the postponed date that is TBD.
*This selection simply indicates that your preference is to travel during the original dates or switch to the adjusted dates if needed for Jamaica.
*In the event that our date shifts we may be subject to different rates imposed by the resort. Room types and bedding are not guaranteed, but will be requested based on our original rooming list and contract with the resort.

You will receive a DocuSign form to make your selection. We understand this is a tough time for finances, so we only need your answer by Monday, March 23rd.
Payments for insurance will not be due until Friday, March 27th. This deadline allows us to guarantee all members of the trip are covered, if they choose to be.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
**Guest are only eligible for partial refunds with the purchase of trip insurance
**Insurance payments will not be accepted after Friday, March 27th at 12pm EST
**Guest who have selected trip insurance and fail to submit payment by Friday, March 27th at 12pm EST will default to Option 3
**Guest who have not made at least 3 payments have been canceled and do not qualify for any of the aforementioned COVID-19 options. They are subject to the original non-refundable / non-transferable cancellation fees.
**Final payments for all room related purchases for ALL guest are scheduled for 4/15 and will NOT be extended. Failure to meet this deadline will result in Option 3
**Guest(s) with roommates should be mindful of their selections and how it effects their roommate. Room types will only be held for guest with single and double occupancy rooms that are paid in full. If your roommate cancels, or selects a travel credit that does not align with your selection you will be paired with another guest in the roommate pool. Roommate pool pairings are same sex, and based on availability.
